I was lucky to bring my old digital cam with me, eventhough it wasn't in HD quality atleast I was able to capture a scene from the memorable show held at Metropoliz during the most recent Malignant Tumour Italian Tour (Italia Overdosed Tour. Roma leg). This was from Malignant Tumour's openning song "We Paint the Town Red" from the album IN FULL SWING (2008)

EMBALMED ZINE (DEBUT ISSUE: SANCTORUM) DIY AND CUT AND PASTE ERA
What I got here are photos from my first zine which I started between 1995 to 1996. I managed to do 2 issues of it 3rd wasn't really been published and got wiped out along the fucking way together with dust and filth from my old room. This wasn't realeased in volume or have been printed in terms of number. I only sent out a few copies to contacts and bands that I featured, more like 10-15 copies (photo copies) not even a backup original copy had been spared so I am lost without anything as a souvenir from the old days.
It was during my high school days when I get into the whole penpal and tape trading thing back then it was the only possible thing you can get to correspond with a foreign counterpart who share the same interest and taste in musick or activity whatever you want to call it. So I get tapes a few zines and CDs or 7" and more letters in the mailbox almost everyday since I was addicted to mailing and recycling stamps to cover up postage I got to get a bulk of stuff and collectibles. Just as when everybody is doing a zine of their own back then inspired by a zine section from Metal Maniacs the only mag that we can get from a local bookstore from my country; I started the whole thing and created my own so it was the birth of EMBALMED ZINE. Armed with a vintage 70's model type writter and rims of letter sized bond paper I got to type reviews and rants and later decided to add interviews from bands that I've been in contact with.
Imagine how long the intervals of receiving replies from bands you wanted to do an interview with and the only thing you'll get as a response is to send the interview questions there are certain occasions that I send blind questions so I wouldn't have to wait for any approval should the band agreed to be featured. What a fucking hassle and waste of precious time but tell you what there aren't anything you could replace in terms of experience and excitement whenever you get something from the mailbox specially if it has some thick thing inside.
The detailed history was noted on my current zine's intro part so you can get an idea what had happened along the way with EMBALMED I absolutely had no recollections of what were the other 2 issues has in terms of contents I suck at commitments and time alotment so that may be the reason I lost all those papers or maybe it's still is in some stockpile of papers in the storage who knows if I can still get them when I comeback 2 or 3 years from now.
As mentioned this wasn't my copy that I am sharing here, with this section I manage to put all the remaining scanned copy of the original zine I got from John from the band SENTENSYA which was also been featured on this issue. These words that I am typing maybe longer interms of contents than the normal zine I had in much dismay I wasn't gifted on such talents to create an original at least an eyeopping lay out to make the zine more interesting but since I only want to share it so I am putting this anyways. I am putting only a few pages should you need a copy which I definitely doubt feel free to email knifeinthegutzine to request for this junk.
The 2nd issue was released but only a few people were given a copy including the newsletter which I also created same date after completing the second issue of EMBALMED it was named SUNK THE KNIFE IN THE GUT. I will find a way to look for the pieces on my pile hopefully it is not consumed by dust or been eaten by rats.
